We deliver results as per the client's expectation after finalizing the project, the delivery timeline decides on the agreement and duration of the project, but mostly as per reporting delivery is set weekly & Monthly. Some projects like only Lead generation which delivery timeline is Daily basis.
Mostly in our Industry ( Digital and Development) cancellation method is rare, as project confirm we take 30% to 50% before project and rest is after project delivery or module delivery base. But some time for social media or digital campaign we take 100% advance, some time from client-side we may receive new work requirement which is out of scope or from our end we fail to deliver commented results then the only project can be canceled.
Once the project final from both sides ( Client and Service Provider or Call Digital Fire LLP) then we send an invoice for an advance but until any circumstance happens of cancellation, the project amount can't be returned. Also, if cancellation happens and if we need to refund then our time effort and GST will be deducted from the main amount.
